Build your Career, Erasmus+ Training Course
The aim of the project was to increase chances of employment of young people through Europe.
The objective:
To equip the participants with methods and competences that would eventually enable them to foster job searching skills among youngsters in their local field.
To introduce the participants to the most innovative tools and trends that are useful in job search.
The project “Build your Career” is the result of the desire to tackle the increasing issue of youth unemployment.
Young people represent a part of the population particularly affected by unemployment. Already high before the COVID-19 pandemic in Europe, the unemployment rate for young people under 25 has risen sharply as a result of containment in most Eurozone countries, leading the unemployment rate of 8.3% and 17.2% aged between 15 and 24 in 2021.
