From Ra to Ragnarök – Bildung Nijmegen contributes to epic exhibition
Museumpark Orientalis presents From Ra to Ragnarök, a unique exhibition where myths and religious stories from different cultures come together. From the Egyptian sun god Ra to the Scandinavian apocalypse myth of Ragnarök, this exhibition takes visitors on a fascinating journey through time and belief.
Bildung Nijmegen has contributed three impressive canvases depicting Ragnarök, the end of times in Norse mythology. These artworks provide an artistic interpretation of the apocalyptic battle between gods and giants, where the world as we know it perishes, but also makes way for a new beginning.
The From Ra to Ragnarök exhibition is open from March 1 to November 2, 2025, at Museumpark Orientalis in Heilig Landstichting (near Nijmegen).
